Plans Approved for Development of 18 Apartments on Land off Albany Road in Lowestoft

Update: March 2017. Plans have now been approved for this development.

An application has been submitted for the re-development of derelict land off Albany Road in Lowestoft into 18 apartments with parking and landscaping. The land is currently used by residents and visits to Albany Road as a car park and in need of development. The development faces Camden Street, a busy main road and so any development ideally needs to be visually appealing to improve the area rather than detract from it.
